Test any external relays involved.<\/li><li><b>Battery and Charging System Health<\/b>: A weak battery or failing alternator can cause erratic electrical behavior.<\/li><li><b>Inspect UPC Connectors<\/b>: Disconnect the battery first! Then unplug and inspect the UPC connectors. Look for corrosion (greenish residue), moisture, bent or burnt pins. Poor contact is a common culprit.<\/li><li><b>Check the Controls<\/b>: Ensure the controls themselves (wiper stalk, light switch, central locking button) are not defective.
